What's special about Northport Condominium in Au Gres? This park has its own beach right on Lake Huron with kayak storage and a nice fire pit. The home is directly facing the newly resurfaced in-ground  swimming pool.   The home has a large deck with a nice big umbrella on a quiet, freshly paved street with the laundry, game room, and pavilion  right across the street. The grounds are well-maintained and the green space is expansive. This is an ideal place for boating and  fishing with a full service marina right  next door.   The HOA is very low while the resort atmosphere makes the park an extra good value.   This park model has an Arizona Room, comes completely furnished, freshly painted decks on the front and back, vaulted ceilings, 4 ceiling fans, 2 smart tvs, a flex space with additional sofa bed, 2 air conditioners, newer carpeting, and contemporary style. Immediate occupancy available.
